Beth Dollar
Beth Dollar is our newest trainer here at Desert Sage Agility. A recent
transplant from the East Coast, she is thoroughly enjoying the outdoor
lifestyle here in Bend.
After purchasing her first Australian Shepherd in 1988, she then began
her kennel, Sawbuck Australian Shepherds. Beth is very active with her
dogs. She has competed and titled in Conformation, Obedience,
Herding, and Agility.
About eight years ago she was introduced to the sport of Agility. It was
then she became a huge advocate of positive training. It was love at
first sight! Since then she has attended many seminars and camps to
further her education. Mary Ellen Barry, Maureen Burke, Rachel
Snyder, Tracy Skylar, Paula Gross, Jen Pinder, Moe Strenfel and
Stephanie Morris have all played a part in her agility education. Beth
enjoys all agility venues and has titled and competed in USAA, AKC,
NADAC, UKI and ASCA. Currently she is competing in AKC excellent
with her girl Snap and is just starting to compete with her wild child
Beth loves helping people to become better trainers and partners with
their dogs, enabling them have the fullest possible relationship with
their canine parteners.
